Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court records through the Kentucky Court of Justice and state open-records law, including KRS 61.870 to KRS 61.884. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file. In Trigg County, the Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit and District Court case records at the Trigg County Justice Center. The County Clerk handles land records, marriage licenses, recorded wills, notary bonds, delinquent taxes, elections, and motor vehicle work. The Sheriff and Jailer handle law-enforcement and custody questions, with Trigg detainees transported to Christian County Jail.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
